Rebecca was a great help. My process with my insurance company made things hectic but in the end Becky helped with any questions i had.

Took over a month to get contacted once we went under contract. Joshua T Kaleel is quite possibly the worst attorney in the history of attorneys. He is condescending, unprofessional, lacks empathy and is extremely dismissive and arrogant. Clients come in with issues and get upset and if he isn’t capable of handling that, maybe a career change is needed. Best of luck to anyone that gets assigned to him.

The legal team assigned to my case is extremely helpful in all aspects. I can't thank them enough for everything they are doing . Everyone involved answers emails , texts and phone calls with clear and easy to understand answers and always makes sure that I understand before ending the conversation... don't know what I'd do without them ..... thank you for all you are doing

I want to say thank you to David and his lawyer assistant Melissa. From the beginning when i got into my car accident they communicated with me and was able to get me into therapy next day after my accident. They were focused on my health and well being. David always checked up on me and Melissa made sure she communicated with David when I needed answers. I recommend David to anyone who has gotten into a car accident he is very sweet and he moves fast. I got my settlement and I’m happy with my outcome. THANK YOU FARAH AND FARAH. Hopefully I won’t be back but if I do I know who I will be requesting to talk to.

I called just to seek advice or rather just seeking answers to my questions after my young son was involved in a rear end collision and within that same call they took his case immediately. It's still an ongoing process, as my son is still healing, but they have been there for us along the way and that is very reassuring.

I was injured in an auto accident a few years ago and I had brain surgery a few years before that and the accident caused substantial pain and damage to my spinal cord. I don’t think I can say enough good things about this law firm and all there staff. My case started off slow due to the fact my MVA happened during covid (2020) . Then in Feb 2022 I was in yet another accident, neither my fault. Once Andrew Scott was assigned to my case, he and his paralegal, Jessica DeLeon, worked very hard (and delt with my slight attitude at times. ) Mr Scott & Mrs DeLeon definitely went the extra mile for me. They treated me like a person instead of a number or just another case to make money off of..... For that, I will forever be grateful. Thank you Andrew & Jessica! I contacted Farah & Farah in April of 2021 about a car accident at work in a company truck(workmans comp). I patiently waited for care like I was told to do. My attorney was Joe Jordan , This attorney at that time, (Joe) told he was taking care of it and be patient. I was patient and waited for a year and half. I had to call the radio show on wokv 104.5 on a Saturday morning 1 1/2 years later to get my attorney to call me back. The brothers assured me I would be promptly seen immediately. I waited almost another year to be seen by a workmans comp doctor scheduled by my new attorney Bruce Feifer. My hospital bill and rescue bill are not paid as of today, but ( Farah & Farah paid themselves, not all of my bills related to the accident)and now causing problems with my credit report. I have called my attorney Sam Marrone ,who has not returned my call for since December of 2023. Now its June 17th 2024. This is not what the commercials say will be done on TV. I have called for weeks in a row without a return call from Sam. June 2024, I finally got ahold of his staff (Jill) , who told me " Sam is not going to call you back". The commercials I have been watching on TV daily for 3 years, tell a different story of what Farah & Farah would like to be doing , not what really happens after you sign the contract to be represented by what is portrayed on the TV commercials. In the meantime, I have been seen by Mr. Farah's doctor inhouse, but outside of that I have had very limited doctor interaction through workmans comp. I am in tremendous amounts of pain with multiple herninated disk and bulging disk in my back. I used Farah & Farah a years ago and they were great. I do not know what happened to the company that started in 1979 and actually did what they say they do on TV. I have call the offices and text both Farah brother's requesting a in person meeting to resolve my issues. Sam Marrone told me that Chuck Farah knew of my situation and promises to fix my issue and I was in good hands with Farah & Farah . I was personally assured that the firm would fix this issue and will make a it right , for their mishandling of my case. I'm still waiting for the promises made, and a phone call with positive results. Thanks Chris C.
