I would NEVER recommend ANYONE to use Mr. Sheppard. He was a complete waste of my time & he's proven himself to be incompetent. I almost missed very important deadlines because of his non caring attitude. He's arrogant & Rude & cancels most of the appointments that he's supposed to have with you. Your better off defending yourself.
