Century Law has delivered everything they promised. Getting rid of Debt is not an easy process, but with Century Law we are on our way and looking forward to a debt free future. Raquel Charles in particular has been invaluable in helping navigate the ins an outs of legal issues. She is always quick to respond to my inquiries and explains things plainly so that I don't stress. If you are working to reduce your debt and need some help, I would recommend Century law.

Caleb was Impressive! He was so much help! He walked me thru how to send a picture on my phone to his office! He was very kind and patient with me. You see I am a grandma and NOT very techie. He gave the most exceptional customer service! In fact everyone I have spoken with has been very helpful, good communicators and have given excellent information. My only thing I would say needs improvement is the wait times to speak to an associate. It is not unusual to wait 25 minutes or more. Not good. And the reason I don’t leave a message to call me back is that I might be busy and unable to take the call. So, I just wait on hold… that’s when I multi-task - while I am waiting. Overall I am very satisfied with the customer service that I have received! Thank you!

I joined the debt management program with Century Law Firm in November 2020 with a total of 6 creditors.
