Ms. Awad was brought into negotiations late in the game. In our first meeting it was obvious that she was unprepared and without a basic understanding of the issues. As the deal progressed, Ms. Awad chose to focus on ancillary items - missing concerns with the basic deal structure. Upon discussion of this, Ms. Awad became extremely defensive and countered by repeating herself in a louder tone.
Ultimately, Ms. Awad withdrew from the negotiations.
