September 21st 2010 was the day that changed my life in many ways. I was injured by a tractor trailer that was fully loaded on I-10. A few weeks later, after going to seemingly endless doctor appointments, I realize I needed help. Curry Pajcic and Rose have been my life line. My case went to trial in 2016. She was instrumental in finalizing our case and was always available to answer questions and ease our minds when we didn't understand certain scenarios. We had a three year battle with an insurance company and during that time, we had A LOT of questions and concerns. She ALWAYS answered us with honesty and a great deal of knowledge. Both Curry and Rose were extremely helpful in guiding us during what was a grueling and very emotional process. What is most upsetting is the amount of time I personally put into providing all the information and proof to prevail in what I was told to be a strong case. It would be weeks before I would hear back from anyone, then I am told they had another big case they are working on. It seemed they were always distracted with other things and when we did converse their facts of the case were not accurate. After being strung out for 18-months of billing I was told it is time to accept the defendants offer, which was pathetic and insulting, then I was press-ganged into accepting it. Days later I questioned the billing to find out the attorneys in question had left the company. Great – Screwed over by the Solar company and then by Jimerson Birr - where is the justice in this? In my opinion, if you are a big corporation with deep pockets then you will get the attention, as a small client I would consider what I have mentioned above.

Unfortunately, my husband was involved in a motorcycle accident last year while in Florida. The bike was totaled and he had numerous injuries including the need for surgery. I am not sure I have enough words to express my gratitude to Pajcic & Pajcic for taking my case and specifically to Curtis Pajcic and Sabrina Williams. I was in a car accident that was neither crippling nor life-threatening (thanks to my Cadillac CTS), but my body reminds me every day that I was in that accident. My final settlement was several times more than the initial offers. I think this result was due to Curtis’s knowledge, experience, attitude, and ability to present a case.
