This is only a review for an initial phone call. The representing was courteous and they answered the ozone immediately. They did say nobody was available to answer my questions and when asked if there was a better time, I was told nobody is in that office that can answer my question. The question was about the steps I needed to take to sign with them and what the contract would look like. So needless to say, I picked a different lawyer as this group didn't seem as competent and capable based on my brief interaction via phone.
