I would like to express my profound gratitude for Tom Slater and the team at Pajcic & Pajcic for their seamless professionalism. I was fortunate to have been rescued from the failing strategy of a rival law firm which I had initially hired following my collision in 2015. My confidence in the legal profession, and the ultimate delivery justice was nearly depleted. I recalled a neighbor’s endorsement of this law firm in a brief conversation years prior to the accident. This individual happened to work as in insurance adjuster by trade, and indicated his familiarity with firms that produce the best outcomes. I resigned myself to the prospect that it may have been too late to switch law firms, but I decided to reach out to Pajcic and Pajcic out of curiosity. A consultation was arranged with Tom Slater in a shortly after grudgingly contacting Pacjic. I attended the meeting with Tom, and fired the initial firm within an hour of discussion. The burden of doubt and hopelessness was lifted with Mr. Slater’s confidence and insight. Tom is personable when applicable, but his steely work ethic is unwavering throughout the entire process. The responsiveness of my various inquiries was extremely timely thanks to both Tom and Sandy’s impeccable communication. Nancy was also beneficial in preparation for the initial deposition. I intuitively recognized that I was in good hands, and allowed the team to perform their magic with minimal need for reassurance. The case ended in mediation and settlement. I had the impression that the opposition understood the futility of combating Tom Slater and Pajcic. The outcome spoke for itself. Tom was able to reach a settlement for an amount greater than the initial demand set by they attorney that I had fired. It was an impressive maneuver that can only be achieved by the likes of Tom Slater. Cold and heartless.

Their car almost caused anaccident by making a lane switch from a right-turn-only lane into the left lane while driving through an intersection in order to get ahead of traffic. I contacted them through social media, but I guess they just don't care if their own people are driving recklessly so long as they can sue others for allegedly doing so since they never responded to me.

Pajcic and Pajcic is a very personal law firm who cares about their clients. Seth Pajcic, Brenda and Nickey always responded so quickly and kept me informed of any and all changes. If we could give more than five stars we would! My parents' grown children and grandchildren were living all around the world, and my brother and I knew we needed support and help from the best local personal injury lawyers we could find for Mom and Dad in the Jacksonville area. In June of 2018 my parents, ages 92 and 94, were victims in a collision caused when the driver of an SUV ran a Stop sign and crashed into them as they drove their golf cart to their residence on the campus of a Jacksonville area retirement community. Though Mom and Dad were living independently, our family knew we needed to find legal counsel to help us navigate the choppy waters of a life-altering event like this. No one in our family had ever suffered in a severe auto crash like this. But we celebrate their lives. Curry Pajcic and the rest of the team at Pajcic & Pajcic guided us, and helped Mom and Dad in every way you can imagine. Since none of our family live close by, Curry Pajcic, his assistant Rose, Jeannie, and others became my parents' "local family." They served, counseled, and protected them in every way Mom and Dad needed it during their prolonged healing and recovery, and kept us informed every step of the way. We are convinced that Curry and his team were able to get the sizable and fair settlement for Mom and Dad that they got because of confronting the insurance companies the way they would if they were representing their own parents. The crash itself, surgeries, and pain that followed have been an awful ordeal for my parents, especially Mom, one that we hope no one else will have to experience. We count our blessings that they are still with us after the crash and doing as well as they are. We know that a big part of their current wellbeing is because we chose to enlist the help of such trustworthy legal counsel to bring them peace of mind, and persevere on their behalf until the insurance company came through with a fair settlement. I highly recommend Pajcic & Pajcic should you have the misfortune of being injured and needing a personal injury attorney. Curry Pajcic, and the entire Pajcic law firm, are highly regarded in the legal field, as well as, throughout our community. They are not one of those firms appealing to the masses for cases via billboards and TV advertising. Their clients are primarily by personal recommendations. I was very hesitant to seek out an attorney due to my disdain for the lawyers that advertise all over media. I am grateful that I made the call and that they were there to assist me.

Although it took longer than expected for the insurance company to settle, Elizabeth and Tad never gave up! I am so thankful for everything they did to fight for me. Winning team all the way!

I came to Pajic and Pajic directed by God. I was unsure were to turn in my time of crisis. I was headed to work when I was hit in my car most devastating situation I’ve personally ever experienced.
