So far not impressed. First, you never hear from the person who you spoke to initially to start the program again. He said with my 2 accounts I could expect them to be resolved in the first 3 months. Second phone call I received was around 3 months saying it would be another 2-3 months. Then my third call said I can expect one account to be resolved by the end of Q1 2024! All calls were by different people so no real point of contact. They also refuse to discuss anything via email, I assume so you have nothing on record. At this point I’m 5 months in and regretting it. Maybe I’ll change my mind.

Heaven Sent! Is the best way to describe Ms. Galloway. I went through two bankruptcies at the same time (Business Chapter 7 & Personal Chaper 13). Although, I was extremely worried and had no ideal of what to expect. She made it painless and stress free for me. She was totally honest and upfront about everything, she worked really hard and made everything workout for my best interest. I Truly Thank her for All she has done for me in my time of need!

Fasig Brooks is the best. I made a great decision making Kimberly Hogan my lawyer and I am so grateful for her and very satisfied with my results. She returns calls in a timely fashion and if she is not available her staff definitely play their part. Shout out to my Fasig Brooks Family. A HUGE lesson learned for me at 60 years old. Had I had the time, while I was still working full time, to have contacted each of my creditors on my own to negotiate each debt, I would have done it myself. I trusted this firm to actually be aggressive with my debt negotiations, instead they’ve drug out for over 6 years. This program saved me very little, if anything, and caused me stress and financial hardship. A 48 month initial commitment has stretched into 71 months and counting. I can’t wait for this to be over.

First and foremost, this service is legitimate. I have been going through the program for over a year and so much stress has been taken off of me. I am a disabled adult taking care of a disabled child who is also single. Much of my debt was incured because of medical expences for my daughter, and when her father left us, I was stuck with the bills. With this program I feel that at least I am paying them something instead of bankrupcy. It make me feel better about the situation. I have spoken with many agents and everyone is very kind and professional and they all work with you. I am very happy that I did this program.

Highly recommend. Century helped my wife and I make our way through a significant amount of debt that made it really difficult for us to move forward in many areas of our life. Their team clearly laid out how they could help, gave us an exact breakdown of what the program would cost and how each monthly payment was broken down, and how much they expected us to be able to save being a part of the program. They were attentive, easy to reach, and transparent throughout the process. We are now debt free, a reality that seemed impossible just a few years ago. After being forced into this program due to enrolling in a very expensive program that was not as represented, my debts were settled in 2020 or 2021. At the time, I just didn't have the bandwidth to take action against the company that caused the debt, so I chose this route. I recently learned that the company just settled a lawsuit over their misrepresentations, and I am eligible to file a claim on the settlement. But those records were destroyed over two years ago. Trina H. responded right away by sending me the documents I needed to track down my charges. Thank you, Trina!

This is a legit service. I enrolled in Federated funding which is a part of the Century Law Firm. They have been diligent with communication right from the start. Everything was laid out and notarized by a local bank notary. Since that time I received debt messages with legal threats. Century law handled that and all calls/ emails/ letters and subpoenas. All I had to do was inform them immediately. And yes, you get a real person to handle your case. And if they aren’t in; leave a message. They will get back rather quickly. Debt issues; look into this avenue as a way to help guide you through the process.

I KNOW YOU NEED $$ HELP AND YOU ARE DESPERATE BUT THIS IS NOT THE PEOPLE TO HELP YOU. Century THEY JUST TAKE EMAILS AND CALLS FROM YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANIES AND WAIT 9 months to years FOR THE CARD COMPANY TO OFFER A DEAL.. they are not aggressive to settle debts, they want 9 months of cash to stockpile from people before any work. A month ago I requested the payment date to be changed to the middle of the month I also stated that I’m under hardship because I’ve lost work for several months that I needed half payments for a few months Initially, my sales rep said adjustments are easily done. If I give them in writing it should be no big deal. also 2 separate sales reps both said my monthly rate payments would drop as they expected better negotiations in 90 days processing to negotiate. Asked the firm to cut payments in half snd move to the middle, they did not do this as they acknowledged. They took a full payment last day of month causing a cascade of payments failures and fee penalties from bank other companies. called before the end of the month and asked refund they stated 48 hour to process and refund. So based on reps word i let other companies know the payments would be fixed by the 2nd one week later, still NO refund, I called the firm back. They said they were refund the money in the next 48 Two weeks later NO refund they’re pretending like they refunded me the money but they didn’t. It’s quite obvious my bank account says NO, the representative says pretended to confused. I asked him for a lower payment in the middle of the month and they said they can only do that for a couple months after that, they cannot do it anymore. Also, note, the phone rep said that the payments are fixed and they will never be an adjustment to the rate rate. upon signing up two separate sales people both said my rate should drop once negotiated down and it takes approximately 90 days. this phone rep says it takes six months to nine months for them to get any resolution and they’re only working on the lowest account issue. Therefore they’re not even working on the high dollar values. I would really suggest anybody in the world to go somewhere else finding a nice Christian organization or call and negotiate directly yourself. After reading other reviews, looking for the reviews, you’ll see what I’m saying is repeated over and over again. I’m betting that the reviews that they have that are positive are probably paid reviews. Very sad months into this process. I got no information. I got no accounting and I just told that don’t expect anything for nine months.. This is not an honest company from the sales reps, Company will not do what they say they will do at the time they say they will do it. Talked 3 reps and now a 5th rep . Two weeks to fix an overnight issue.. They have made zero attempt to do what they say. They are professional delay company . They will take your money and only delay and delay refunds day negotiations. Their strategy is to only work small debts first they will delay any negotiations on your large credit issues for 9 months or more if u read other reviews.. Very very sad. Please Please save your stress and somewhere else. Find a credit counselor from dave ramsey and just work the process
