I’m updating my review to reflect my recent experience. There was a hiccup with my case. The owner Mr. Leon reached out to me personally and explained (did not make any excuses) what was going on and made things right.
He was professional and treated me with respect. That’s all I can ask for of any company. Kudos to Leon Law.

I have used Mr Rainka to address a fraudulent criminal complaint.
He was able to contact the The Flagler cCounty State attorney and no charges were filed.
Nip it in the bud... With the right attorney.
Many attorneys prefer to drag it out for billable hours.
It was a pleasant surprise to find a criminal defense attorney dedicated to early resolution of the issues at hand.

Was represented back when I was wrongfully charged for a misdemeanor hit and run and reckless driving. Michael saw to it that the charges were dropped to a mere moving infraction. Didn't have to show up in court, didn't have to serve community service, simply attended a inconsequential driving class. No points on the license and he was incredibly flexible with payments while being the most feasible option available. Would seek out Rainka Law if ever needed again.
