Having in excess of 35 years of exceptional federal service I received a notice of termination from a local federal military agency. Tad and his team were very timely in responding and excelled at listening to the facts and providing guidance.

I was recently laid off in a corporate reduction in workforce due to the Covid-19 pandemic. My employer offered a severance package, and I hired Tad Delegal to review the documents along with a Non Compete Agreement previously in place. I hired Tad after my employer conducted an investigation into inappropriate state testing protocol which led to my being disciplined. Tad's reputation and his calling my district led to a reduction of the discipline, and evidence on my behalf further reduced the discipline to a reprimand. After discharging his services, his assistant contacted me with helpful advice which I used to have the State remove the case against me.

Tad Delegal is an outstanding attorney and highly skilled. I most certainly am able to say he destroyed the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office (John Rutherford) in Arbitration! He was upfront and honest, never promising anything or misleading me. By the time we went to Arbitration, he knew my case as well as I did and obviously spent an enormous amount of time preparing.
