Unfortunately, my husband was involved in a motorcycle accident last year while in Florida. The bike was totaled and he had numerous injuries including the need for surgery. Working with the insurance company was getting us nowhere. We live in Virginia and in desperation we turned to a lawyer. We were referred to Pajcic & Pajcic. Once we put it in their hands, our worries were over. Curry Pajcic called and spoke with my husband personally. All paperwork, updates and questions were handled immediately by his legal assistant, Cindy Reddad. We cannot recommend them highly enough. I am not sure I have enough words to express my gratitude to Pajcic & Pajcic for taking my case and specifically to Curtis Pajcic and Sabrina Williams. I was in a car accident that was neither crippling nor life-threatening (thanks to my Cadillac CTS), but my body reminds me every day that I was in that accident. The first offers from the insurance companies were ridiculously low. I was discouraged, but Sabrina said, “Let us do our job,” and that is exactly what they did! My final settlement was several times more than the initial offers. I think this result was due to Curtis’s knowledge, experience, attitude, and ability to present a case. He is obviously a great negotiator and accustomed to winning. My case was settled without even going to court. I could not have been more pleased. During the whole process, Sabrina answered my every question and quickly responded to every email, usually within minutes after I sent them. Curtis and Sabrina are an exceptionally competent team. Pajcic & Pajcic has represented me and my family at least three times, and we have been happy to recommend them to any of our friends in need of a lawyer. I must confess that I am a retired teacher and that I taught both Gary (now deceased) and Steve, the founders of Pajcic & Pajcic, in Senior English at Paxon Senior High School. **UPDATE** 23 February 2023 After two and half years, my case is settled. In that amount of time working Curt Pajcic and Sabrina Williams, I have grown to see them as more than my legal representatives, but as close friends. I won't lie and say the process was painless, but I will say that if you put your trust in this team, they will fight for you. Unfortunately, even with 100% liability, insurance companies sometimes won't do the right thing. That's why you need (why I needed) Curt and Sabrina. Sabrina was always ON POINT with the communication, always organized, and always welcoming and inviting. Curt knows his stuff. More than just a legal expert, the man knows physiology, can speak the language and cannot be manipulated with excessive "medical speak.". He knows it and expertly uses that knowledge as a powerful tool in his litigation strategy. In the end, beyond the settlement...which by the way was awesome...I gained two close friends.
