They worked on an immigration case for my husband and I. The case worked out in our favor. The lawyers really know their stuff and we appreciate them greatly. However, the current immigration intern I did not care for. She made decisions regarding our case which were incorrect and later had to be corrected by our lawyers. When regarding people's life one would think to atleast glance at their file before making rash decisions. The receptionist made us feel as if we were a nuisance. When I went to pick up my husbands green card she rolled her eyes and kept typing on her phone before she got up to let anyone know I was there. People pay a lot of money to these people and deserve a more professional attitude.
