Due to a dispute after flooring was improperly installed in my home, the company filed Construction Lien for the unpaid balance. Ms Wenzel was able to spend almost an hour with me over the phone at my very first contact with the law firm (at no charge). She asked pertinent question and gave advice how to work with company to hopefully avoid hiring an attorney if they do not file a suit to foreclose. If an attorney will be needed, I have all confidence in her experience with construction disputes.
