Lewis is nothing but the best. I really appreciate my dui getting dropped from to a reckless driving. He was consistent, on top of everything, and made the best outcome happen possible. When my daughter was arrested for DUI, our lives were literally turned upside down. I called an attorney I knew, who gave me three recommendations for criminal defense attorneys in Jacksonville. I also did some of my own internet research and came across a profile for Lewis Fusco. After reading many stellar reviews, we decided to add Mr. Fusco to the list of attorneys we would contact regarding representation for our daughter. Luckily, Lewis Fusco was the first attorney on our list we called. From the first telephone call we placed to his office, his staff began immediately gathering information so that Mr. Fusco would be able to give us an informed initial opinion about our daughter’s case. My daughter was arrested on a Wednesday and by Friday when we spoke with Mr. Fusco, he had reviewed the arrest information that was available regarding my daughter’s case and was fully prepared for that initial consultation. We were so impressed with him that after our consultation, we decided to go with our gut feeling about him, crossed the remaining names off of our list, and hired Mr. Fusco to represent our daughter. And what a great decision that was. Mr. Fusco immediately got to work. He and his paralegal, Shelby, kept us well informed with the progress of the case. Mr. Fusco was very compassionate and caring, even while giving us news about the case that was tough for our daughter to hear and tough for her father and I, as parents worried about the future of their child. He prepared us for all of the possible scenarios while encouraging my daughter to be strong and upbeat as he continued to work on her behalf to get the best possible result. Approximately 2 ½ months after my daughter’s arrest, Mr. Fusco was able to negotiate a deal for her that resulted in a reduced charge of Reckless Driving with adjudication withheld. To say that we were happy with this result is an understatement. Our daughter will be able to move on with her life without a criminal conviction on her record. We will always be thankful to Lewis Fusco for his excellent representation of our daughter and wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone in need of a DUI attorney. He is simply the best.
