I found myself in a very difficult position, arrested and facing a DUI and a hit and run charge. I contacted Lewis as I felt desperate for help and did not know where to turn. After explaining my situation in a consultation, I found Lewis to be very honest and fair in our discussions. I felt a greatrelief when I decided to hire the Fusco team to represent me. I was very nervous about what I was facing, DUI with a high BAC and a accident with leaving the scene. Not only was I in trouble in Clay County, I live in Brevard County. Lewis and Jenifer took my case and communicated with me via email and phone, I didn't even have to travel back up for the hearings. Lewis protested my drivers license suspension and was successful to have the DUI removed from my driving record. I worked with Jenifer to establish a negotiation package which they used to apply for Veterans Treatment Court where the criminal case could be transferred and dispositioned without a conviction. Unfortunately transferring the case to another Circuit Court was not approved, but Lewis and Jenifer went to work with the District Attorney on getting the case reduced to a lower charge. Since we all worked hard developing a package for the VA Court, Lewis was successful to get my charge reduced to a reckless driving violation with the Adjudication Withheld. I can say that Fusco Law represented me with the best possible outcome. Lewis is an excellent attorney with an outstanding team. Jenifer was so easy to communicate with and she always kept me posted on the status of my case. If you are looking for someone to help with a legal situation, I highly recommend you call Lewis Fusco. I got referred to the law firm to help me appeal a restraining order against me. Today, Alexis gave me a phone call to discuss appealing a restraining order. Alexis continuously cut me off even after I asked her to let me finish a statement. She rushed the conversation. I felt my feelings and struggles did not matter. Alexis had extremely poor communication skills and a dismissive attitude. Essentially, she told me there’s no hope for me at all regarding appeals. Not just for this law firm but in general. Beyond unhelpful and frustrating not because she wasn’t skilled in the matter but because of her poor customer service skills. I would be coming to this law firm even if I had a case that a lawyer could represent.

I went through this firm for a case and it was great and everything it's needed to be until paying the retainer. Once the retainer was paid, it was a disaster. The lawyer i had was Derrick Smith. He communicated poorly, made sure i was(u uninformed, unaggressive and unargumenttative in court in all hearings, and seemed unprepared. People from my government job came to my hearing and told me he needed another profession and there was no way possible he was a lawyer, It was just that bad. When confronted about it he dropped from the case and didn't return any of the money without reaching trial which was the agreement signed. I called the company to seek another attorney as I was blown off as if my case didn't matter. I have proof. I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS LAW FIRM, YOU COULD BE NEXT.
