Thank you to the office of King and Mannion. After years of good service for all my rental properties, they proved they know their business! Ms. King knows how to negotiate and settle a matter without going to court which would have cost me a lot more money.

I was charged one and half hours for a free consultation that I saw on the internet. The ad was on the city of Jacksonville's probate web-site. Ms. King and her office rep also confirmed the consultation was free.

My husband and I hired Candyce King for a bankruptcy. We received bad advice about the bankruptcy process and then we found out after it was finished that several accounts were left out. Therefore, this was a waste of a lot of money. This attorney charges exorbitant fees and does not deliver good counsel or follow through. Her associate, Sarah, is pitiful. Don't use this firm.

Ms. King is the BEST lawyer I have ever worked with on anything. She has spent countless hours working on short sales for both me personally and also many people that I have referred to her. Ms. king has always taken the time to take my calls and if I did not understand something , explain it to me. Ms. King is always sympathetic to her clients individual needs and situations. She is very professional and someone I would trust with my life. She Has always worked very for hard for all of her clients and I think Ms. King is one of, if not, the best lawyer in Jacksonville and I would recommend her to anyone. She is that " life raft " to her clients, when someone feels their life is like a sinking ship. She is truly the Best.

I learned at the time of closing that she had a prior relationship with the seller of my house. Foolishly I sign (minutes before closing) some sort of agreement to hold her harmless as she discloses to me that she knows the seller. never in my wildest dreams did it occur to me that someone who held a law degree would cheat a hard working person. She did not have my best interest at heart. I paid to much for the house (she receommended the selling price) and I paid all the closing cost (she recommeded this and i did not know any better) She will one day meet her maker.
