I have had the pleasure of using Monroe and King Law Firms services and I am more than happy with the results they achieved with my case. First off, I contacted Scott Monroe based on their online reputation and wanted to discuss my case with them due to a terrible experience with another law firm. I didn't get in touch with them, but I was surprised to receive a call back from Scott Monroe within 15 minutes despite not leaving any voicemail. If I had not received a call back, I may have continued my search for an attorney. Scott Took his time to go over all things his firm would do to get me a favorable result and reassured me they will do the best to ensure I am happy with the outcome. From the getgo, the quality of service and responsiveness has been stellar and never did they leave me in the dark. It took almost a year to get the final resolution and the entire time Scott and his team treated me with respect and with highest professional courtesy. I ended up getting a favorable result in my case which I am grateful for and again more than happy with the outcome. I am confident I wouldn't have gotten the same results with the previous form hence the reason to discontinue their services.
