I got referred to the law firm to help me appeal a restraining order against me. Today, Alexis gave me a phone call to discuss appealing a restraining order. Alexis continuously cut me off even after I asked her to let me finish a statement. She rushed the conversation. I felt my feelings and struggles did not matter. Alexis had extremely poor communication skills and a dismissive attitude. Essentially, she told me there’s no hope for me at all regarding appeals. Not just for this law firm but in general. Beyond unhelpful and frustrating not because she wasn’t skilled in the matter but because of her poor customer service skills. I would be coming to this law firm even if I had a case that a lawyer could represent.

During a difficult time for me and my family Alexis Sykes was there for us every step of the way. From making sure we understood everything that was happening to setting the correct ecxpectations. She got us the best result we could have asked for and found the right resources to get the help my family needed. If you or your family are in need there’s is no one else I would recommend.

I went through this firm for a case and it was great and everything it's needed to be until paying the retainer. Once the retainer was paid, it was a disaster. The lawyer i had was Derrick Smith. He communicated poorly, made sure i was(u uninformed, unaggressive and unargumenttative in court in all hearings, and seemed unprepared. People from my government job came to my hearing and told me he needed another profession and there was no way possible he was a lawyer, It was just that bad. When confronted about it he dropped from the case and didn't return any of the money without reaching trial which was the agreement signed. I called the company to seek another attorney as I was blown off as if my case didn't matter. I have proof. I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS LAW FIRM, YOU COULD BE NEXT.

I tried to call to ask some questions and maybe get help or sent in the right direction and the lady who answered was rude as if I was bothering her and didn't even want to help me at all, that I ended up apologizing for wasting her time like I was in the wrong. .
