I was involved in an auto accident some time ago and hired Farah & Farah to represent me. The process was lengthy due to lack of response from the drivers team that rear ended me. Nonetheless, Frank Fratello was my attorney and Katie Thomas the Litigation Paralegal. This duo was hands down amazing! Great customer service and they kept me briefed and up to date with the status of my case continuously. They were very professional, thorough and exuded true concerns regarding my injuries. Documentation submission was easy, as they never made me feel rushed or hassled and provided me with adequate time to respond or submit documents.
