My accident has been a long ordeal. It has been almost exactly two years since I was hurt. My attorney Estonna Garrett and Tiffany Giordano have helped me to understand the Workers Competition process. It’s not really a fair process for the person who is injured. They were able to help me get an extra doctor appointment and more prescriptions that I needed. We have started the settlement process and I will have some money to restart my life again. I also have a backup of my prescriptions to get me better off than I would have been if it was up to Workers Compensation.
