Leslie Ng of Farah and Farah represented me for an auto accident case. Either Ms. Ng, or her associate, contacted me at least every 30 days with an update and to see how my recovery was progressing. I was kept informed during all steps of the process, and any questions I had were promptly and thoroughly answered. Based on the facts of my case, the final settlement Ms. Ng at Farah and Farah obtained from the at-fault driver's insurance company was above satisfactory. I am so glad that I retained the Farah and Farah firm, as the at-fault party's insurance company didn't want to discuss any settlement with me. As a side note, over the last 10 years I have been in 3 accidents and each time I ended up retaining the Farah and Farah law firm in order to get the at-fault person's insurer to "come to the table" and settle. Twice my case was handled by Leslie Ng, and both times I was impressed by her professionalism, caring, and the final resolution of the cases.

I have used the services of Farah & Farah on two separate occasions. At all times the staff assigned to my case(s) have been attentive and respectful of my needs. Awful!! Definitely not off topic! You didn’t represent me but I was at every meeting listened to every phone call and read every email and letter. You and your attorneys are awful!! Can’t even negotiate a decent argument and most definitely did not even get to know the client or the family that this tragedy affected. Look at your responses to the negative reviews. So canned and arrogant and all about you! The worst!
