Eric went to bat for me! He handled my case well, stayed in touch and made me feel like I was the only case he had. The whole time I felt cared for and like he was handling my case like he would for a family member. He was very transparent, very responsive when I had questions and kept me in the loop. Couldn't imagine any one else being able to carry my family and I through this difficult time. Thank you for everything!

I don't even know where to begin. F&F handled a WC case for me. I dealt with Hannah and Bruce was my lawyer. From the beginning of my case Hannah filled out my WC form incorrectly, putting my DOH as my DOI which caused WC to deny my claim. I would call, text, email without a response, the communication between myself and my reps was nonexistent unless I bombarded them with messages and calls. I was the one reaching out not the other way around. I only spoke with Bruce one time, he was very hard to understand, he talked very fast and was extremely rude when asked to repeat himself or if I had a question. His first email between himself and the WC reps he used laughing emojis after the dollar amount he requested as if it was a joke to him from the time he took or was assigned my case. Very unprofessional. Seems like a client only gets communication with the firm if it is a big settlement case, otherwise you get subpar representation. I am extremely disappointed with the representation I received, the settlement amount and the manner in which I was spoken to by both Bruce and Hannah. I do not understand why my case has been settled while I'm still receiving treatment for my injury.
