I filed a lawsuit with this place and literally forgot they had taken on the case because no one had reached out to me in 2 years. Then I was called in to sign an agreement on payment back in November and although they say the company has paid them I have not gotten paid. It’s many excuses and then the attorney try to gaslight me as if it shouldn’t be a big deal because it’s only so much money. It’s very annoying at this point. I would not recommend this law firm. To anyone.

My fiancé had shoulder surgery after our auto accident, a bankart repair on his shoulder. In less than two months the surgery failed with another torn lesion! It has a 6-30% failure rate in two YEARS! Robert Bonner said I’m sorry I am not a doctor and your case is settled but not closed. Get care elsewhere. Michelle Hall was originally on case and transferred. We have a one year old and my 33yr old fiancé runs a landscaping business. I now have to open a malpractice suit because this office failed us! No money rcvd for fiancé and shoulder left in the same spot! Just cleared out PIP! I am hiring an atty to come after Farah and Farah! This started in Daytona office and was transferred to Jacksonville bearing no results for my fiancé. They even told him on recorded line to “just keep the money and get surgery later!” We will be opening malpractice on both ends! Doctor take an oath and attys know those rules!

I will give Zachary Altenbach 5 stars because he was on top of everything that had to do with my case and case settlement he made sure that any updates that he had he would contact me to let me know what was going on Zach was very helpful assisting me. Thank you Zach for all your hard work. This firm did not disappoint me at an and gave me the best outcome. Thanks again
