I contacted Farah & Farah about an injury I suffered… when I called I got someone on the phone who just took information from me. She took the bare minimum information and put me on hold then came back after about 2 minutes to tell me they would not be taking my case. I never spoke to an attorney. It’s a very cold procedure. They don’t make you feel like you are important at all

I am beyond grateful for the legal team that handled mine and my partner's cases. Jose Cruz-Pagan and Katherine Brooks were absolutely AMAZING!! They genuinely cared about our recovery and were always keeping us updated throughout the entire process. When my partner and I were in an accident earlier this year, we tried to handle the claims ourselves. We quickly learned that the insurance company was not looking out for our best interest. We received multiple calls and texts a day threatening us to settle for a nominal amount, even though we were injured and continued seeking treatment. Not only was our legal team able to get the full limits available on that policy, they got the full limits of 2 additional policies. The total settlement was OVER 50x what the insurance originally offered!! I cannot recommend this firm enough! Jose and Katherine were a true blessing to have on our side during a very stressful time.
