Returned phone call promptly when we left message. This is when several other offices either never called back or it was like 4 or 5 days just to answer a few questions about wills and estates and it's not something you do often so really needed direction. Katherine had us set up with papers and office visit in a timely matter. Would recommend the firm at any time.
