They were really down to earth. Me and my mom were looking for someone to represent me that wasnt just money hungry and II wouldn be taken advantage of by considering I don't have the knowledge of an attorney. Our first impression with Jessica and Robert was really great. They were sympathetic and expressed that they just wanted to help. They have the same rates as most lawyers for auto accidents but I feel like I got more then I would have due to their hard work and also helped me get my money quickly. Which is great when you have two kids and are injured and can no longer work. There were some issues but they took care of them and made sure I didn't get less money because of doctors mistakes. They reduced a lot of my bills to get me some extra money as well. Jessica also helped keep me updated and explain things to me so I could really know what was going on with the situation instead of leaving me in the dark and using legal jarhen I didn't understand.
