Words cannot express how thankful I am to Peter Shutter! After being in a car accident and being treated poorly by the at fault driver's insurance company,I felt defeated and powerless. Luckily a friend recommended Peter and it was the best call I ever made. Peter is a fair, straightforward, kind and honest lawyer that fights for what is right. I hired Ms. Kendall to help me with my worker’s compensation case. She first got my benefits back after 3 months of negotiating with the worker’s compensation lawyer. But then the lawyer from worker’s compensation tricked my doctor so my benefits were terminated. Ms. Kendall continued fighting for me and got me a reasonable settlement with work’s compensation. Ms. Kendall is a down-to-earth attorney. She is very experienced. She is very knowledgeable. She works very hard to help the client without any showing off, bragging, or tricks to mislead you. I am very satisfied with the work she has done for me. I recommend her to anyone.

Great firm

When I reported my work injury to my employer, I had no idea that I was about to embark in a legal battle. I knew little about workers compensation laws.
