I worked with Mr. Rivera because my son got into some trouble and he was facing a 3 year minimum mandatory. He explained all of our options the good and bad of each .He told us exactly what to do to get the best outcome. He was able to get the state attorney to waive the 3 year minimum mandatory and we were very pleased with the outcome. He completely changed my view of how we looked at public defenders.
