Kind compassionate and amazing firm.

After months of delays on our case, I happened to call the office one day and Autumn, a paralegal who was covering phones for the receptionist during lunch hours, answered. She took all of my information, took ownership for the case, researched and called me back with a status. From there, she took over the case to the very end when we received settlement. I’ve been in the customer service field for 28 years and can honestly say that the way Autumn took ownership for my case and provided regular status updates was nothing short of world class. Her and Mike did a great job of getting us the best possible outcome. Thank you both for a job well done.

If you are looking for a professional, compassionate, empathetic lawyer that truly cares about you and your best interest look no further than Mike Roberts. When I was in a situation that I never thought that I would be in, Mike took the time to listen and explain my options. His assistant, Autumn, was simply amazing. She made everything effortless. She was respective of my time and and was always available whenever I needed her. At the end of the day Mike and Autumn are a dream team and would highly recommend them.

It crazy that you have time for reviews but you wont call a client back after leaving messages every week with your answering service and if you dont know who I am there must be a lot of clients that aren't getting return calls

My sister has had the unfortunate need for a lawyer but the absolute pleasure, of working with Nooney and Roberts on 3 occasions now. If she or myself needs them again, then that number will grow to 4, 5... I have nothing but good things to say about the legal aid there Autumn. She is an asset to Nooney and Roberts (as I'm sure, they MUST know), and she has been a Blessing to my sister and my Family. I hold Nooney and Roberts, in high regard. I do not know of the bad reviews online. I will say, I felt my situation needed to be shared. See for yourself. We have not had to continue to experience the bad anymore with Lawyers, since finding Nooney and Roberts.
