Answered phone on a Sunday evening, very surprising to me, and he answered my questions regarding bicycle safetly laws and was very professional and courteous. I would recommend him as he seems like someone that really wants to help his clients. Thank you. 5 stars.

I am taking a moment to highlight the amazing professionalism that I have seen from David by his prompt responses and a willingness to go out of his way to guiding me when I really needed it. Though David and his firm could not help me directly, what David gave me was a sense of hope and a clear direction after I had unsuccessfully called more than 4 lawyer firms in the Jacksonville and Tampa area! Being involved in a car accident in Baker county, I was desperately looking for legal help to contest a traffic citation remotely from upstate NY. Browsing through their company website, I found some very pertaining information and requested an electronic copy. I was mildly surprised when I got an email from David the same day with the information. When I presented my case by email, again I was very surprised when David replied personally (within the hour) letting me know that the case was outside their jurisdiction and though he could not represent me, he gave me the reference of a lawyer firm that could help me. Not only that, he actually called Bill Falik personally about my case!!! The law office of Bill Falik has agreed to represent me. This is a great relief. As a first generation immigrant, I am fighting this citation because I think it was not just. The court will decide the outcome, but my interaction with David Wolf gives me hope that in spite of the complexities and difficulties of legal matters, there are people who still look out for the small guy. I recommend this Attorney Office. I supposed to received traffic school for my citations due to my past driving record however thanks to David Wolf representing me the points were withheld and no driving school. Also, Fines were decreased. Thanks David!!! Greatly Appreciated!!!
