My case was Family Law. I called the office in a panic on a Friday & holiday weekend. They scheduled a reasonably priced consultation on that Tuesday morning. I spoke with Attorney Chaplin & instantly felt a connection... she got me. She explained the legal process and what to expect. She explained the laws & possible hypotheticals. She affirmed my feelings & calmed my nerves. By the time the call ended I was able to continue my day feeling confident that the situation would be resolved and work out in my favor. She and her team communicated with me throughout the process via text and email mostly which worked because I work & typically cannot take calls during the day. We did schedule telephone calls as needed. In my profession you have to build a connection in order for people to trust you and share that they are lost and in need. During this process Attorney Chaplin & her team made it ok for me to "feel" & helped me sort out my thoughts so I could continue on with life without worrying or falling apart. Hoping I won't need her again but glad she'll be around if I do.

Every time I call she never has returned a call or email or text message to me. Other family members have reached out to her and had replies. I would not use her for anything else due to poor communication.
