Literally stole 4000 dollars from a grieving family. Agreed to handle a simple probate for a flat fee of 4000. Decided she would make the probate which only included a house a very complicated endeavor and billed us an entire 4000 and never even completed the probate. Filing a complaint with the Florida Bar. Have since retained Mason Law firm to perform the probate and their fee was a literal 2500 flat rate. As for Caroline Emery don’t spend all that money yet.

In my past experience in obtaining an attorney, I had so much aggravation, especially because each one of the 'team members' of that firm who was on board to help me charged me every time a new person had to familiarize themselves with my case, and, I never spoke to the same attorney on the team more than once. I felt they sold me out when they settled my case. So, watch out for "The Team of Attorney's on your side" they will take you for a ride and you will pay for it! With Glenn, there was none of that! He took care of me every step of the way and always remembered the details of my case each time we spoke. I couldn't say even one bad thing about his service to me. I have an attorney for life. Glenn represented me after I was in a car accident in 2004 (to 2015). There is no way I could have ever found a better person to help and guide me on this, slightly terrifying, journey. I have had previous bad experences with lawyers in the past, and he insured me that he would not dissapoint me again. He was always where he said he would be and on time. Anytime we called he was right there, most of the time he was on the line right away. He was right there, or he would call the same day, if not the same hour.I was very pleased with him.
