I engaged Mr White of HGR to take over my divorce case after my previous lawyer was suspended by the Florida Bar for improperly taking funds from my escrow account. Mr. White ferreted through the divorce case (which had been going on for over 3 years / three attorney changes by my ex-wife ultimately representing herself and three judges), the criminal case against my previous attorney and its impact on the finalization of the divorce, a successful 100% remuneration by the Florida Bar of the funds taken from the trust account, and multiple appeals by my ex-wife. Initially began with a law firm that assured me I would receive at least 20-30 thousand for back pay disability. I’ve had Crohns for over 40 years and was misdiagnosed with Colitis, in and out of the ER the last 20. I made the mistake of coming to this firm. In a nutshell, I waited over 2 years for a decision. Only recieved 2 years of back pay for a total of $7,000. Racked up all kinds of debt in the meantime unable to work. Still having issues with Social Security and I am literally on my own battling them with zero assistance from my “attorney “ told him the issues I was having and he seemed more concerned about an additional $160 fee I owed them. Unreal!

I can not recommend this law-firm enough- I had a case with Chase Harris that dealt with a former employer and boy the lawsuit it self was intimidating and quite frankly scary. Chase Harris was calming, friendly, and extremely cautious with every step and decision made- he was very detail oriented and calculated every possible outcome. Ultimately, our case was settled without having to go to court (which was a miracle given the situation), and Chase Harris tried to use his time accordingly (which was another worry I had, the cost)- ultimately he made a horrible situation better, and the outcome was one none of us expected, in a great way. I recommend this firm and Chase Harris to anyone who is in a pickle, seeking help, and a needs a miracle- this is your company to contact.
