I was represented by Kendall Mills. My case was handled poorly and there ultimately was no settlement. I wasn't given many options and the doctors i saw were PREJUDICE and i STILL have a LONG road of recovery ahead of me. To be valued is important to KNOW the firm cares about the needs of the client, takes them seriously and addressing them is pivotal. I wasn't valued, i wasn't heard and justice did not prevail. Ultimately im still in the same position and the likely hood of me seeing an adequate physician is slim to none i was told there is no emotional support damages so in other words my injury happened but it doesn't matter. We are fighting injustice and inequality in the legal and healthcare system so disheartening. However, she does respond to emails quickly.
