Literally stole 4000 dollars from a grieving family. Agreed to handle a simple probate for a flat fee of 4000. Decided she would make the probate which only included a house a very complicated endeavor and billed us an entire 4000 and never even completed the probate. Filing a complaint with the Florida Bar. Have since retained Mason Law firm to perform the probate and their fee was a literal 2500 flat rate. As for Caroline Emery don’t spend all that money yet.

At the start of the case I knew it was going to be a fight. But Mr. Griggs fought and refused to give up. Pushing the other company to get me into doctors, and other needed appointments.
