Caroline Emery was a good listener and thorough in making sure that my 97 yr old mother understood her options, and the law, in regards to her estate, and helped her to find the best may to fulfill her wishes, and proctect her intrests. She earned my mother's trust and affection by being professional as well as compassionate and accomodating to the physical limitations of her health. The title says it all. Rob is a true professional. He is diligent,quick on his feet and highly knowledgeable. He works hard for the client and will put you on the right track. In my situation, I got a DUI. Felony. He came up with the idea of a fundraiser. I am a musician. So I put one on for Mothers against Drunk driving. Music acts. I raised 1200 dollars for them. It felt good and It taught me a valuable lesson. It also helped my case significantly. He helped shape my letter to the prosecutor. It was very important. The letter was about my life. Robert kept my license from being suspended. Knowledge. He knows what he is doing. A great lawyer has ideas. Has avenues to go down. Has all the information at his fingertips. That's him. My estate planning attorney Caroline Emery was extremely thorough with her work. My previous will, similar to my current circumstances, was nowhere near as detailed as her product with its many attachments and documents. She explained in detail any questions I had about her work. It was very easy to contact or meet with her. I feel that her rate based on hours worked was very reasonable. I would recommend her to any of my friends.

I called Caroline Emery's office to find out if she can help me with planning for my Estate. Caroline called me back, listened carefully to what I had in mind, and proceeded to explain to me in details the best methods to satisfy my needs and to make sure that my Estate will be divided among my children as I requested. After all the forms were completed, the following forms were completed and when appropriate registed with the city: Last Will and Testament, Durable Power of Attorney, Heath Care Suurogate, HEPAA Authorization, A Living Will, and Naming a Pre - Need Guardian. As for my persoanl Residence, she prepared an Enhaced Life Estate, commonly known as Lady Bird Deed. I never knew that many form were needed for such a request. She very patientle explaind every subject and tailored my request to aviod going to Probate after my passing. I was very pleased and appreciative of her actions and I must say I was expecting to pay a lot more than what she charged me for all this work. I sincerley thank Caroline for her attention to the details and the way she tailored the forms to fit my needs. I full heartedly recommned Caroline to anyone reaching that age where thinkin of Estate Planning is a must.

Caroline Emery was the best in helping us get our estate planning done and completed in just 4 days. This process usually takes about 3 weeks. She returned my call within 1 hour and explained the cost and what all it included. Told us what documents we needed and set up our account. Before I knew it our inbox was filled with everything we needed to fill out. She was very knowledgeable, personable, and honest. I contacted Ms. Emery to assist me with the probate of my father's estate. I could not have chosen a better advocate and adviser for my needs. Caroline took the time to explain the process to me in a way that made things easy to understand and guided me through all the necessary steps with a detail-oriented precision that she has gained from experience in practicing in the Jacksonville area and her in-depth knowledge of how the various judges and Court operate. Being out of town and trying the resolve my father's estate remotely, Caroline was excellent at accommodating my schedule and treated me with respect and understanding during this difficult and emotional period. Caroline uses an online portal for communication and transmittal of documents that allowed for the quick turnaround of documents needing my signature for filing. The flat rate she quoted me for the time it would take her and the filing fees was very reasonable considering the number of filings that needed to be made and the added complexity of dealing with a safe deposit box that did not have me listed as a beneficiary. Overall, I cannot recommend Caroline enough to anyone who is looking at the daunting task of dealing with an estate that needs to enter probate. Local Live in person Lawyer! I spoke to Mrs. Emery for a few weeks updating our POA Living Will and Estate Planning documents for myself and my mother. Everything laid out in plan English and further explained if needed. We visited her office to complete/sign all our documents in person. The entire process Mrs. Emery was involved. I never spoke with a paralegal or an office assistant. There is no call center, there is no out sourcing, just an actual live person.
