I was/am extremely delighted to have had Attorney Emery do an EP/POA package for my brother who was recently and continues to be hospitalized. Attorney Emery is very thorough, timely, professional and responsive. She has outstanding expertise and knowledge. Additionally I found her to be very empathetic, compassionate and concerned. Literally stole 4000 dollars from a grieving family. Agreed to handle a simple probate for a flat fee of 4000. Decided she would make the probate which only included a house a very complicated endeavor and billed us an entire 4000 and never even completed the probate. Filing a complaint with the Florida Bar. Have since retained Mason Law firm to perform the probate and their fee was a literal 2500 flat rate. As for Caroline Emery don’t spend all that money yet.
