It’s not fair to say that employers simply have ill intent toward injured workers - but sometimes it happens. Mine was one of those cases. Zachary is a sharp, energetic, and professional attorney who represented me in my Defense Base Act (DBA) claim against AIG. He was with me during the deposition and mediation.
