I had a situation with my daughter sub leasing a room in a house that she was renting for the summer. The girl moved in and then decided she didn’t want to pay the price that was agreed upon, so I called Anthony Cooper for advice on what our rights were for a verbal agreement. He was able to advise us in handling the situation. Anthony is a very smart young man, and very trustworthy. I feel your firm is very fortunate to have him.

I just want to thank Alexandria Mederos and OwenbyLaw. I felt she worked very hard on my case. never building me up to something she thought I would just want to hear and telling me exactly how it was. She answered all my questions, emails, and phone calls whenever I needed a answer to a problem and if she was not available she had someone who could. I would highly recommend her to anyone and greatly appreciate the work and outcome she got for me and my case.
