Has not replied to me yet. I'm hoping that he's on my document paperwork for a reason. I somehow think I hired him somewhere as she's on my documents. I hope he replies. He does look like an interesting man in this picture. Thank you

He handled my case , and fought like he had no experience ! Ask questions unrelated to the case and i told him he set me up to fail ! His line of questions was unrelated ! And we lost the case and i am left severely disabled !

I was injured in a car accident several years ago. I met Kevin at McGrath Gibson in conjunction with being represented by Brad Gibson. Kevin handled the litigation of my case and got the insurance company to make a reasonable offer to settle my case at mediation. This came after a long battle and years of my case being denied of for no good reason. He was very knowledgeable and really helped me understand all of the issues in my case. I would highly recommend Kevin and his law firm.

Kevin Loftus was very lackadaisical in collecting information on the case and a very poor communicator. He put forth what seemed to be little to no effort on the case, requiring the client to do most of it. If you are looking for good representation, I don't recommend to you Kevin Loftus nor the Law Office of McGrath Gibson. They are very curt and accusatory toward their clients and do not hold true to their initial agreements. Furthermore, they charge unreal amounts for their office fees and provide no information to back up such charges, even when requested.

I was severely injured in an automobile accident. I went to Eddie Farrah and he tried to get me to take a quick settlement for $2,500. When I refused he dropped me as a client. I signed up with Mr. Loftus and he was able to get all of my medical bills covered, I was compensated for lost wages during recovery and I had enough to buy another car. Mr. Loftus wasn't just concerned about a quick buck, he helped me put my life back together.

Mr. Loftus represented my son in a criminal matter. My son was wrongly accused and falsely imprisoned based on little more than the color of his skin. Mr. Loftus stood by my son, even when the State offered a quick deal to hand another minority a felony conviction. Mr. Loftus took the case to trial for us and my son was acquitted. If I hadn't lived through the experience I would have thought it was only possible on television. My son is attending college now in Arizona instead of serving two to three years in the panhandle.
