Professional and down to earth guys and gals that work at this place. Everyone is so nice starting with my first point of contact; Mr. Barber the firms head investigator. He met me at my job during my lunch break and provided me all the necessary paperwork and information I needed. I received a follow-up call from a paralegal named Sara that was exceptionally professional and “on top” of my case. They always returned my calls. I would recommend this place to anyone needing personal injury representation.

The support staff/paralegal staff at this firm are so helpful. Mr. Chuck is so knowledgable with personal injury cases. He always kept me up to date with case with a weekly email. I have dealt with other firms in the past and these people by far surpass any other. Kudos to McGrath Gibson for a job well done.

Did business with these guys about 5 years ago things were smooth. However I had to have multiple surgeries and I had a family law dispute in which I also used their service's for. It also started off smooth. I thought they had my best interests at heart you meet with the main guys which they are stand up guys. The people they once had on their team were great they kept in touch made sure you were ok. But as time past those people left the firm for whatever reason. That's when things went South fast. No blame to the people who did what they could but it doesn't mean it wasn't done right. I do understand they're a ton of cases but when you get railroaded it's not fun. I recently went to court hearing pertaining to family law the judge who's been on my case never once knew I had to have surgery or had applied for disability. Nor did they tell me they were only on my case on minimum bases. Not to mention on my Auto Accident I still have medical bills in collections when 80 percent of my lawsuit went towards bills. When I wanted to talk about what recently happened in court as to why I wasn't told the judges didnt know about my injuries? I was told if I wished to discuss anything with them I would have to hire them for my family law case moving forward they didn't wish to talk about past cases. But it's messed up that they would say that after me asking a simple question after going into court blind to the fact these people had no idea of my condition. Which isn't fair or ethical. Mike and Brad are great guys but some of the folks around them make sure they have the same character as Mike and Brad if not you'll always have uncertainty. I hope no one else has to endure what I have.

When workmen compensation attempts to shotgun you through the process, " Seek refuge with McGarth and Gibson." During my two and half year encounter they navigated me through this quagmire known to us as workmen compensation. Professionalism with a personal touch McGarth and Gibson.

Terrible experience. Did not get any resolution better than what the court initially offered for DUI. Could have saved the money and put it towards court costs. Didn't feel this firm fought very hard or cared about my case. A good sales pitch from another attorney within the firm to find this wouldn't even be my attorney. Poor communication, information and numerous followups without returned calls. At the end of the day this attorney got me nothing. Would not recommend.
