I hired his team to review my daughter's case. It took 6-7 months to hear anything. They made 2 calls to my daughter, it is now 11 months, no other action has been taken, recommended and no calls, messages or emails have been returned. Very disappointed in the service I have received. Upset that I recommended the firm to 2 others.

Mr. Fletcher and his team of Lawyers are an amazing group of Lawyers. Chuck, Tom, and Andrew took the time to meet with me when no other Lawyers would. They took the time to listen to my case and were the first group of Lawyers who are not in it just for the money. They showed me compassion. They gave me the faith and hope I needed to have confidence in myself to never quit fight and believing in myself.

She is caring and allows the client to get all the information out to apply it to the case. Her whole team and especially Patty, is a wonderful attorney. I would use her over and over. However, I hope I don’t ever have too again. :). Simply put, Patty cares and communicates through entire case.
