Applied for an initial consult with Laura Lee because I was referred to her after waiting a week(may 27th to June 3rd) to hear back they told me they could not do business with me what I need help with “is not In their wheelhouse” with no description as to why. They gave me a list of “resources” which is basically anything that you could find from a Google search about business such as Jacksonville chamber of Commerce etc. Overall terrible experience and customer service is what is stated in other reviews. Very disappointing.

Working with The Legal Department was as great as it gets. They helped make the idea of starting a family business a reality. They were attentive, knowledgeable, courteous and punctual. All in all, The Legal Department made the whole process straightforward enough for a beginner to understand and an expert to appreciate. Definitely will recommend to everyone who needs their services.
