Wow! I can't say enough about the Laurie and The Legal Department. I used them to finalize contract negotiations when I sold my business. Every step of the way I felt protected. Laurie was fair and reasonable; accommodating most of the time, but a pit-bull when needed! If you are selling a business, you can't do any better than this great team!
