Jonathan Smith assisted me in a situation that had no precedence. We were given 5 minutes before the judge, which turned out to be 40 minutes of questions and answers. Mr. Smith was well prepared. He brought the necessary documentation and the appropriate answers to substantiate my position. He proved himself to be very knowledgeable and competent. My husband and I have used other attorneys from this firm in the past. They have always maintained the highest level of integrity. This was my first experience with Mr. Smith. I have worked with many lawyers in the past, both personally and professionally and I would not hesitate to call on Mr. Smith again, should the need arise.

Hired Mr. Smith to represent me in a civil suite. He told me one thing in consultation and ende up not completing the case. He withdrew upon the bases that he didn't have my phone number. That's not true, all information was filled out on the retainer fee paper; before the consultaion. And was provided to him during the consulation. He personally wrote it on his legal pad. I feel the case was to challenging for him.
