Jim helps people. Over the last 15 years, when my family needed help, we talked to Jim first. There is something to be said about an attorney who treats his clients as VIPs rather than just plain general public. Returning a call sounds simple and Jim still does this personally. As a potential client, I have to ask myself if I would return to an attorney to seek counsel on another or different issue. The answer is a resounding YES because right now I have a couple of issues presently that require legal resolution. Jim has been contacted and I know he will either handle the matter himself, team with co-counsel, or refer the matter to competent outside independent counsel who specializes in the issue.
