Competency and Commitment were evident in the first issue she handled for my family. Those aspects remained in each additional lawyering she provided. As an older client, Judy-Ann was sensitive dealing with aging legalities, such as protecting our assets from others, including family members. Her mannerism ensured we always felt confident in her expertise. As for all of us, life’s journey includes various legal difficulties which conversations with this lawyer negated or reduced in severity. She always made us whole. Its unfortunate the only time I benefit from her brain power is when I’m in difficulties.

They handled an estate matter for us and hung in there even when outside forces turned what should have been a two month process into a two year process. They guided us every step of the way and never gave up. We can never thank them enough for seeing this process through to its completion. She sent me a contract agreement that required a mandatory arbitration clause. However, I didn't want to be bonded by this agreement and asked for it to be removed from the agreement. Ms. Smith's Paige never responded back to my request and it's been over a week not hearing from her office via email. Furthermore, she failed to include a clause to inform a client to consult an independent attorney regarding an arbitration agreement as required by Florida Law. That shows an example of negligence on her part in my opinion.
