I have had the privilege of working with Christene Ertl for over two years regarding HOA affairs. Her knowledge of Florida Statute HOA 720 is very comforting to me as a President. She is very detailed, and articulate in all that she does. When dealing with her clients, she is service above self.
Her peoples skills are second to none. Christene will always go the extra mile to assure that her clients are receiving the best outcomes that are available to us. She is results orientated, and very much attention to detail. Her legal success speaks volumes

Barry was knowledgable and up to date on all legal information regarding specific issues which I needed to discuss and issues needing resolve. His advice and input was exactly what I needed to know moving forward. He was straight forward and backed up his advice showing case law and statutes. He will be my go to attorney for condominium law.

Barry Ansbacher and his staff were very professional, empathetic, and supporting while representing me. Most all my business was with Zachary Roth, who was absolutely amazing. I went to him knowing my issue would take a couple of years. Zach was very professional, polite, compassionate and straight forward. Not only was Zach more than I could have hoped for when having to have an attorney but so was the rest of the staff. I can not say enough about all the people here. If it is an attorney you need, look no further, call them now, they have several locations too!

Be careful with this attorney, I did not feel they were professional and felt they handled my case by being very inconsiderate and only out for the money. It was not a pleasant experience and I would never use them again.
