Moffitt got the points off my license. He made the process very easy for me. I only had to call him once and email him the tickets. I highly recommend hiring him.

First time that I had to use an attorney for traffic court. Was very nervous, but Mr. Moffitt handled everything, he contact me right away and the charges were dismissed. The price was very reasonable as well. Thank you soooooooo Much!!!!!

I hired Philip to represent me in a traffic ticket, failing to yield the right of way at an intersection. I found him in a web search and expected it all would be done in emails however, I received a personal call and found he took a personal interest resulting in the case being dismissed with no court costa. I had to find a lawyer quick for an unjust ticket . Within minutes after researching, I came across Phillip and he has such amazing reviews, mind you that this is the first time ever having to reach out to a lawyer so I was already nervous! I emailed him and within MINUTES he emailed me back with a number to call him. Called him after that, he explained everything so thoroughly and calming and really helped me understand. He took care of everything for me! I did not even have to go to court! The end result was, he completely disputed the ticket, so no points or ticket on my record and all I had to pay was the court fees! I really felt like my case was in the best of hands! If you want a lawyer that cares, that is precise with his work, and is diligent, this is your lawyer . The cost was extremely fair! I will definitely reach out to him again if need be!

Grreat! Easy!...Highly recommend!! I received a ticket for accident that really wasn't my fault and I have a clear record, just need representation to go to court for me, as opposed to admitting guilt and paying the ticket ($164) Spoke with Mr Moffit, he was very nice and calmly explained options I wanted the ticket totally dismissed, that would require a trial...Mr Moffit said he could get the ticket to put no points on my license, and a reduced ticket, I wanted 1/2 off, he expected only a few bucks off We spoke the day before, to review details of accident, again he was very nice and calm The next day to my surprise, not only werrle no point assessed, the Judge made ticket for court costs only, of $50 Very happy with results!

Philip did exactly what he said he would do. My driving privileges had been taken away, I had no where to turn. I knew I couldn’t be without a vehicle, so I trusted him to talk to the judge, and he got me back on the road.

I hired Philip Moffitt to represent me for a traffic citation I was given. As the other person hit me on my side, it was not my fault, but I was also given citation due to I had just reversed out of parking spot. Mr. Moffitt stated, he would be able to have the points removed, but fine can not be removed. However, he has done more than that. He was able to have the citation dismissed. I would recommend him for any traffic citations.
