I got my first traffic ticket. I found Mr. Moffit's name on Yelp and read the great reviews he had gotten. I contacted him and a few weeks later hired him to represent me in court. He convinced the judge to reduce the points to 0, and the reduced the fine by more than 50%! He is an excellent lawyer!

I called Phillip this afternoon to inqure about a red light camera ticket and and suspension with a failure to appear in my DMV report. I wanted to make sure there wasn't a warrant for something so stupid and wanted to make sure I wasn't going to get arrested when I go to pay my reinstatement fee. Thanks for the sigh of relief, Mr. Moffitt.

Philip was able to get the points removed from my license and I got my ticket price decreased! I didn’t have to attend court and the Moffit firm did everything for me for only a $70 fee.

Woke up to a bunch of police cars outside my house, claiming I had committed a hit and run. Handed me a ticket and said see you in court. I made an appointment with Philip and saw him the next day. Just a half hour with him and all my worries were gone. I didn't even have to go to to court. He took care of everything from that point forward. Would definitely recommend him :)

Phillip was great. no hassle. I brought my ticket to him and he got the fine reduced and points taken away. I didn't even have to show up for court. If you want a quality lawyer and you don't want to pay an arm and a leg he is your guy

I had a ticket that Attorney Moffitt handled efficiently and in my favor. the only thing I had to do was pay the court cost. I did not have to even show up in court as I work a very busy schedule and I did not have to miss any time from work . I will defiantly use him again , as well as recommend him to anyone.
